Mythic Paint
Protecting our environment is important to us all. Unfortunately, traditional paints contain VOCs, or Volatile Organic Compounds. VOCs are organic chemical compounds that have high enough vapor pressures under normal conditions to significantly vaporize and enter the atmosphere.
Some paint manufacturers have removed some of the toxic ingredients in their paints, but the resulting quality of the paint has been poor. Mythic Paint is a new environmentally friendly option. Mythic paint is non-toxic and has ultra-low odor, but with the coverage of a premium paint. Mythic does not give off VOCs
Mythic Paint allows you to have the quality, range, and beauty you want in your home but without the toxic gasses than can leak off in your home for up to six years after application of traditional paint. The range of colors available is extensive. Mythic is even safe for our pets.
Estimates have shown that up to 10% of the ozone depleting substances in urban areas of the U.S. come from paints and other surface coatings. The majority of these substances are VOCs.
